My name is Sarah Wilke and I am the owner and operator of Just Cookies, a home based bakery in East Brainerd, Tennessee.

I have always enjoyed baking. When I perfected what I think is the most delicious sugar cookie recipe you will ever have, then I got into decorating. Watching YouTube videos and lots of practice increased my confidence, and with the encouragement of friends and family, Just Cookies is the result.
